Your journey begins with a telephone, Skype or FaceTime chat about your requirements, location and timescale. Following this, we’ll arrange a visit so I can get a realistic idea of what time is needed to complete the required task. I will provide you with an estimate and leave it with you to decide.

The process:

  • The first visit
  • The estimate
  • The decision and first appointment booked
  • Personal action plan if required after first appointment
  • Subsequent appointments made and you are on your way


  • Personal action plan – £25
  • First hour – £30
  • Subsequent hours – £25
  • Small items taken to a charity shop – £10-15
  • Small items taken to community recycling clothes and shoe bin – £10-15
  • No travel charge for locations within 45 minutes from Chobham, 40p per mile thereafter

Upon booking your first session a 20% deposit is required, this will be deducted from the invoice for your first session.

If you cancel without providing 48 hours notice your deposit will not be refunded. You can reschedule your first session once without loss of deposit.

Payment can be made by online BACS transfer or cash payable on completion of the arranged agreed job.
